  1. Who writes such a relatively long and such an excellent paper has to expect questions. One question concerns the relations between competing capitalist oligarchies based on TNC and the transformation of the ECB. Can we make them visible? Is it allowed to conclude that the transformation of the ECB is connected with free trade strategies like the TTIP? Are the politicalization processes of the ECB also reflected in politicalization processes in other EU institutions or inversely: Are the politicalization processes of the ECB also reflections of politicalization processes in other EU institutions?
